About Good Walk Orthotic Association

Good Walk Orthotic Association (GWOA) is a dedicated non-profit organization working to empower and uplift the lives of persons with disabilities and marginalized communities. Founded with a vision of inclusion and equality, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to lead a life of dignity, independence, and purpose.

Our Story

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission—to break down barriers and provide comprehensive support to those facing physical and social challenges. With a small team of passionate individuals, we started reaching out to people with disabilities in the rural and underprivileged areas of Andhra Pradesh, India. Over the years, our efforts grew into a holistic organization committed to implementing welfare and development activities that span health, education, rehabilitation, and advocacy.

Our Vision

To create an inclusive society where persons with disabilities and marginalized communities are empowered to live with dignity, independence, and equal opportunities, contributing meaningfully to their communities.

Our Mission

To implement comprehensive welfare and development activities for the empowerment of persons with disabilities and marginalized communities through awareness of their rights and entitlements, access to health and education, provision of assistive aids and appliances, and fostering community inclusion and self-reliance.
